Cincinnatus girls soccer’s 44-game unbeaten streak ends in Class C state semifinals

Cincinnatus girls soccer’s 44-game unbeaten streak ended on Saturday afternoon in the Class C semifinals with a 2-1 loss to Section II’s Stillwater at Homer High School.
The Lions, the undefeated Class D state champions from a year ago, nearly completed another undefeated campaign despite moving up in class. Cincinnatus claimed the Section III Class C title with a 4-1 win over Bishop Ludden on Nov. 2 and ends the season with a 21-1 record.
